So you want the body of a supermodel, huh? Be prepared to spend countless hours in the gym, and fight with your pantry on a daily basis, and very probably your nutritionist. But, while you’re at it pick up a copy of Skinny Bitch by Kim Barnouin and Rory Freedman.
This book is heavy on vulgar language and vegan philosophies, but it’s no-nonsense information will revolutionize the way you think about the food you put in your body. It takes an extreme approach, but this book will cover ground such as the chemicals being put into your body from overprocessed foods, and the commercial inclinations of the dairy industry to lead you astray as to what is truly in the best interest of your health. It covers the usual territory of good and bad carbs, and of course, advises against alcohol, cigarretes and caffeine. In all actuality, it refers to soda as “liquid satan” and bluntly says “You are a total moron if you think the Atkins diet will make you thin.”
The diet in this book will leave you thin and healthy, but is too extreme for the vast majority of us to stick to. Either way, the information will undoubtedly allow you to make a more informed decision for your own health in the supermarket.
