You can request a fajita taco buffet that they are famous for. Breakfasts, breakfast buffets, and cabana bowls are also available. My favorite Mexican food of all time is even an option… cheese enchiladas!!! Cheese enchiladas consist of Two traditional cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice, beans (choice of borracho, refried or black), two freshly made flour tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, chips and queso, pico de gallo, salsa roja and iced tea. (You absolutely MUST have iced tea with Mexican food… it is the perfect compliment.) I mentioned this to my dad, and after assuring him that there was no impending nuptuals in the cards for his daughter, he said he thought this was a great idea, especially for a rehearsal dinner or pre-wedding breakfast. Many men, and even women, will complain about the stuffy affairs of a wedding, and many brides are rightfully impaired in desiring the fairytale wedding down to the lobster and steak… but many guests (especially in the summertime) would relish a bit more relaxed fare. Here was my idea: have a beach wedding in southern california complete with a mariachi band and let Taco Cabana do the rest!
