Big Money, Oo La La

As possibly mentioned before, I am a student at a university in Northern California. I am obsessed with fashion, beauty, and celebrities (at least until I cancelled my cable and lost my constant access to E! television, which indeed was a very sad day). However, champgne taste on a beer budget hardly even begins to describe the budget of a young woman putting herself through school. I am also very hard working, and between 21 units, an internship, and participation on a number of councils and student groups, (Oh yes, and a long distance relationship) the word “job” begins to quickly lose its appeal and viability.

As you may all be aware (and you all should be due to disclosure, or I have not been doing my job correctly) I work with PayPerPost to help fund this site. This blog began in response to an article on top blogs I saw in Allure last summer, and I made it my mission to have a very popular one as well. However, the funding of such an enterprise became readily apparent as a potential problem… that is, until I met PayPerPost. They have a new segmentation system that awards blogs with high traffic. I was looking on there today, and you could make as much as $1000 for a single sponsored post!

Also, PPP only charges a 35% service fee, compared to ReviewMe that charges a 100% markup. That means they are taking half your money for every post!

As I am not a high traffic blogger, I still love PPP. I is a great service for all bloggers. As disclosure is required, I feel comfortable working with them, because you know when I am engaging in blog marketing and when I am not. A simple online research session will yield you the general concensus that the common blogger cannot support themselves with a blog in lieu of a job. In my experience, this is generally true for the common blogger. However, the common student blogger can very easily blog in lieu of a part-time job! And my grades have never been better, since I can just not take sponsored posts during midterms and finals, r any other time I have excessive schoolwork, as well as being able to work at my own convenience for much more than minimum wage if you worked it out by the hour.
