I am sitting here this morning, blogging away and drinking my morning latte, and watching CNN. Somehow my Spring Break has turned into about 5 straight hours of news each morning. I’ve been working on my research, and working on reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. What I’ve been pondering as I go about my business this week is why more women are not educated. and I’m not just talking, “Hi, I have a liberal arts degree……” and that’s it. Why aren’t more women actively reading the paper, reading national bestsellers, and sharing this knowledge. Sure, a college education teaches you to think critically and apply this thinking, but why is the most talked about thing among women the new shoes you bought? Education and knowledge is infinitly sexy, and this is something I just do not understand.
