I just tried my first Amy’s Organic Soup. I got a couple different flavors, but the first one I tried was the Southwestern Vegetable. It was very tasty, but be prepared when making the change from traditional microwave fare to organic that it’s different. In place of the perservatives and additives, many of which make traditional canned soups irresistable, you probably won’t be getting a craving for the organic alternative. However, the soup is tasty, wholesome, and intensley satisying. Microwave soup is something I know quite a bit about. I have been nursing a small addiction to Campbell’s soups and Chef Boyardee raviolis for my entire life. That amount of salt intake is just not healthy. And, I often need to eat 2 cans just to be full. And I don’t eat much! This time, it was different. I had one can of soup, had no guilt because I knew I was putting whole, healthy foods into my body, and felt full when I was finished becuase Amy’s does not skimp on putting lots of vegetables in their products.
