WWD reported earlier this month that Jean Paul Gaultier will indeed be the newest designer for Target, releasing an exclusive lower priced collection to a limited number of 250 stores and online March 7, 2010. 
No photos have been released yet, so no sneak peek, boo! Following in the footsteps of Alexander McQueen and Anna Sui, Gaultier will become the third designer to join Target’s fashion campaign, Designer Collaborations.
Now, who can forget the Gaultier creation that Lady Gaga wore to this years MTV VMAs? Not me! Maybe something similar will be for purchase at Target. Who knows? Can’t wait to see what he cooks up. This is big news. Hopefully, more details and pics will become available as March gets closer.
