Miley Cyrus’s 9-year old sister ,Noah Cyrus (along with best friend Emily Grace) have plans to launch a children’s lingerie collection for Ohh! La, La! Couture.That’s right folks, a 9-year old is lauching a children’s lingerie line. I will definitely keep my eye on this story. I can only imagine what it could look like. Now I suspect it won’t be “women’s lingerie for little girls”, but lace & fishnet stockings seem to be in the mix.
