If you haven’t heard the word by now Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy for featuring a look-alike model, Melissa Molinaro, in their ad campaign. Kardashian’s lawyer stated that consumers may be confused by Old Navy’s ads and Kim’s own businesses.(Because we get Kim Kardashian so easily confused, right?) Gap, Old Navy’s parent company, had no comment regarding the lawsuit. Watch the commercial and tell us your thoughts.
