TOMS’ Blake Mycoskie announced his Santa Monica company will be debuting ballet flats this spring. Given the demand from customers for a “less-casual” TOMS shoe, there will be two different collections: An upscale line will hit Neiman Marcus for $125, while other retailers will receive a core collection for around $75.
